About Us
I’m Bobby Hodge, Executive Chef. I have a passion for creating delicious, comforting dishes, authentic South Carolina barbecue, and great dining experiences.
Being from the South, and having lived in Charleston for 16 years and worked as a chef across the Southeast, I’ve been influenced by many cuisines, talented chefs, and a variety of restaurants. These experiences have made me a creative and versatile chef.
I met my beautiful wife, Kristen, in South Carolina after she relocated from Canton. She’s a Canton native with 15 years of hospitality experience and a passion for creating memorable events.
We came back to North Canton together in 2021 and established Boss Hodge in 2025. Now, we’re doing what we love the most, and we’re doing it together.
We believe that every celebration should be as unique as you are. When you work with us, we’ll customize your event menu to include your favorites.
That’s what sets us apart from other private chefs and mass-production caterers. We think custom should be the rule, not the exception. That gives us joy.
